These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Uway service provided by Beijing Diezhixinbian Technology Co., Ltd (“we”, “us”). They set out the conditions of use and the rights and obligations between you and us.
The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedure for using the Uway service, and the rights, obligations and responsibilities between you and us.
These Terms are posted at Uway and take effect when you use the service.

Service
The following two things we provide: ① the Uway Chrome extension (sentence-structure breakdown and vocabulary learning beside the video you are watching); and ② the Uway website (reviewing learning records, managing your account and subscription). Sign-in uses your Google account (provided by Google), and payment and subscription settlement are handled by Paddle (see section 6).
Extension
The Chrome extension that provides sentence-structure breakdown and vocabulary learning beside the video you are watching
You
A person who uses the service under these Terms
Account
The means of identifying you, created on the Uway website by signing in with Google
Paid subscription
A Pro plan (monthly or yearly) that is paid for and active
Reseller / MoR
Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom), which processes payment for the paid subscription. See section 6
3Posting and amendment of these Terms
We post these Terms on the website so that you can easily review them.
We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, including Korean consumer-protection law.
If we amend these Terms, we will give notice on this page of the changes and the effective date at least 7 days before they take effect. For changes that are disadvantageous to you or otherwise material, we will give notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
If you continue to use the service after the effective date of an amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
If you do not agree to an amendment, you may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account record (see section 5).
4What the service is
We provide the following two services.
Part
What it is
Extension
Sentence-structure breakdown and new-word explanations while you watch a video. No account is needed to use it.
Website
Reviewing your learning records, managing your account and managing your subscription. Signing in with Google is required. Learning records are stored on your own device; we keep no copy on our servers.
Free usage limit: the extension is free up to a cumulative total of 5 minutes per user. This allowance applies once and does not reset daily. Once your cumulative usage reaches 5 minutes, the content area of the extension is locked; paying for a paid subscription removes the lock so you can keep using it.
Paid subscription (Pro): paying for a monthly or yearly plan lets you keep using the extension without the free usage limit. Payment is processed through Paddle (see section 6).
The specific features and scope of the service are determined by us, and we may add or change features in order to improve the service.
5Accounts
The extension can be used without an account. An account is created on the website only, by signing in with Google.
You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure, and you may not transfer or lend it to a third party.
The service is intended for people aged 14 or over. Children under 14 may not use the service.
You may ask us at any time to delete the account record and login session records we hold (Google account identifier, email address, plan and subscription status, and the session records issued when you sign in) by emailing admin@attraxi.com. The account itself is your Google account, so deleting our record does not close that Google account. Learning data is stored on your own device and must be deleted in the extension. Transaction records we are required by law to keep are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
6Paid subscriptions and payment
Payment for a paid subscription is processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom, “Paddle”) as our reseller — the Merchant of Record. In other words, the legal seller is Paddle, and Paddle's own terms also apply to the purchase transaction.

Displayed prices include applicable taxes such as VAT. Paddle calculates, files and remits those taxes.
We do not collect or store your card number or other payment details. Payment information is collected and processed by Paddle directly.
If a price changes, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect and obtain your explicit consent. That notice states the effective date, the prices before and after the change, and the payment method. If your consent is not obtained, we will not charge you the new price: your subscription continues to renew at the previous price.
7Automatic renewal
A paid subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. A monthly subscription renews each month, and a yearly subscription renews each year, on the same date.
We show the renewal date and the days remaining on the account screen of the Uway website.
If you do not want automatic renewal, you must cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
8Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management section of your account, or through Paddle's customer portal.
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you can continue to use the service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling alone does not automatically refund an amount you have already paid.
9Refunds
Refund conditions and procedure are set out in our separate Refund Policy. In summary:
A Uway Pro subscription charge is refundable on request within 14 days of the payment date. Korean law gives consumers an unconditional right of withdrawal within 7 days of the payment date (Paddle Refund Policy, section 2.4), which cannot be shortened by agreement. We apply a longer window of 14 days.
Because Paddle is the seller, Paddle processes refunds. We do not pay refunds to you directly.
Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, take priority over these Terms.
10Your obligations
You must comply with these Terms and with applicable law.
You must keep your account credentials secure.
You may not copy, distribute or sell content you receive through the service without our prior consent.
11Prohibited conduct
You must not:
reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the service;
place an excessive load on the service, for example using automated tools;
use the service for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
resell or commercially exploit the service without our prior written consent;
use another person's account, or use an account fraudulently.
12Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the software, design, trade marks and content relating to the service belongs to us or to the rightful owner. These Terms grant you only a permission to use the service; they do not transfer any intellectual property to you.
The words, learning records and voice recordings you keep through the extension are stored only on your own device and do not belong to us.
13Changes to and suspension of the service
We may change the content of the service or discontinue part of it, and we will give advance notice if we do.
The service may be temporarily interrupted by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, network failures or server maintenance.
If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and take reasonable steps, such as refunding any remaining subscription period.
14Termination and restriction of use
You may terminate the agreement under these Terms at any time by asking us to delete your account record (see section 5).
We may restrict your use of the service or terminate the agreement if you materially breach these Terms.
Where you repeatedly subscribe and withdraw so as to use the service effectively free of charge, or otherwise breach these Terms or abuse your rights, we may, to the extent permitted by law, restrict re-subscription or suspend or terminate your use of the service. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal itself.
Even after termination, sections 12 (Intellectual property), 15 (Disclaimer of warranties) and 16 (Limitation of liability) continue to apply.
15Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will be fit for a particular purpose you have in mind. We do, however, make reasonable efforts to keep the service running reliably.
16Limitation of liability
We are not liable for loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, by your own fault, or by a failure of a third-party service.
Except for the non-limitable liabilities listed below, and regardless of the legal basis of the claim (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise), our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business or goodwill.
That cap does not apply to: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (d) infringement of another person's intellectual property rights.
Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
17Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
If a dispute arises, we will both try to resolve it through discussion in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought before the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section limits your mandatory consumer rights or your statutory rights as to jurisdiction.
